An AVSF program, supported by Fondation Ensemble, presented in Milan at a gathering on Sustainable Agriculture

On October 14th, a symposium on sustainable agriculture was organised in Milan by the European Foundation Center (EFC) within the “European Foundations for Sustainable Agriculture & Food” working group (EFSAF) of which Fondation Ensemble is a member. The theme was “How can we learn together as funders, civil society and policy makers how to scale up practices for a sustainable, fair and healthy way to produce and consume the food that feeds us, our families and our future generations?”.

Various innovative projects on agriculture systems and land use were shown including “Agroecological production and development of local markets by Indian organizations in the north of Ecuador” managed by Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières (Agronomists and Veterinarians Without Borders – AVSF) and supported by Fondation Ensemble.
