{"id":11491,"date":"2017-11-17T12:00:55","date_gmt":"2017-11-17T11:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fondationensemble.org\/en\/?p=11491"},"modified":"2018-01-25T11:08:57","modified_gmt":"2018-01-25T10:08:57","slug":"2017-special-call-for-proposals-sustainable-management-of-artisanal-fisheries-along-the-coast-of-mozambique-phase-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fondationensemble.org\/en\/2017-special-call-for-proposals-sustainable-management-of-artisanal-fisheries-along-the-coast-of-mozambique-phase-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Special call for proposal <br \/> Sustainable management of artisanal fisheries along the coast of Mozambique (Phase 2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fondation Ensemble is launching\u00a0a\u00a0Special Call for Proposal on &#8216;<strong>Sustainable management of artisanal fisheries along the coast of Mozambique&#8217; <\/strong>(Phase 2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following a\u00a0previous\u00a0previous call on the same theme,\u00a0launched in December 2014,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fondationensemble.org\/en\/projects-list\/?secteurs%5B%5D=02-sustainable-fishing&amp;pays%5B%5D=mozambique-en&amp;mode=search#entetesearch\">3 projects have been funded<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We aim now, within this 2<sup>nd<\/sup> phase (2018-2021), to strengthen, replicate and scale up the geographical scope of the interventions and the policy work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to achieve this, Fondation Ensemble wishes to work further with current and new partners who, based on field work and experience, are addressing or aim to address these challenges, with the ambition to pave the way to country wide approaches.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We also aim to have a global evaluation of the initiative, and improve the synergies among the selected project partners, leading to a common learning, capitalization and advocacy dynamic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Therefore, this initiative has 3 distinct but interrelated components\u00a0for which<strong> 3 different calls are published<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projects to address sustainability of artisanal fisheries with several priority objectives and through different approaches, as described in\u00a0the <strong>Special Call for Proposal<\/strong>,\u00a0available both <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fondationensemble.org\/en\/special-call-for-proposal-sustainable-management-of-artisanal-fisheries-along-the-coast-of-mozambique\/\">in English<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fondationensemble.org\/special-call-for-proposal-sustainable-management-of-artisanal-fisheries-along-the-coast-of-mozambique\/\">in Portuguese<\/a><\/strong> (deadline for submitting the concept note is February the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, 2018);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fondationensemble.org\/en\/terms-of-reference-consultancy-for-a-global-evaluation-of-the-initiative-to-support-sustainable-management-of-artisanal-fisheries-along-the-coast-of-mozambique\/\">Terms of Reference of the<strong> global evaluation of the initiative<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to support sustainable management of Artisanal Fisheries along the coast of Mozambique\u00a0(closed);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fondationensemble.org\/en\/terms-of-reference-capitalization-and-advocacy-for-improved-support-to-sustainable-management-of-artisanal-fisheries-along-the-coast-of-mozambique\/\">Terms of Reference of the<strong> capitalization and advocacy<\/strong><\/a> for improved support to sustainable management of Artisanal Fisheries along the coast of Mozambique (deadline for answering the call is February the 9<sup>th<\/sup>, 2018).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fondation Ensemble is launching\u00a0a\u00a0Special Call for Proposal on &#8216;Sustainable management of artisanal fisheries along the coast of Mozambique&#8217; (Phase 2).
