Programme fund - Selection processThe College of Experts is at the center of our selection process. The programmes selected are submitted to scrupulous monitoring.
Selection :
Organisations must first submit a 3-pages project proposal, using the downloadable form found in the section headed "Submit a draft proposal" during the call for proposals time. Rejected applications receive a reply, if they meet the prequalification criteria and as long as their proposal does not fall in the category of what the Foundation doest not fund. If the proposal passes the pre-selection stage, the organization must fill out a form and the project is presented to the College of Experts, who meets through a forum. The Projects Committee meets and formulates recommendations, on the basis of the findings of the experts gathered in the course of the forum. The Board of Directors makes the final decision. Even if the project is accepted by the Foundation, the agreement will only be signed once at least 75% of the project funding, including the contribution of the Foundation, is confirmed. | |
