A sustained support, external evaluations
As part of a medium term strategy, projects supported under the "Programme Fund" benefit from sustained support throughout the lifetime of the project. External evaluations are performed. The grant agreement plans in particular the frequency of the reporting, the mid-term evaluation and the final evaluation. Monitoring missions are organized either by the Foundation team or by experts appointed by the Fondation.
